Been having airflow issues for 6 years now. Was told it was damper issues and south facing window that were the cause. Two separate companies could not fix. Just had James and Anthony come in from Martin Air here in Mesa. Thought we were just looking at a diagnosis to fix BUT they actually fixed it and now all the zones are providing good air to all rooms. I don’t always give reviews but I am so happy with the techs and the company that I had to give one. Martin Air. No other choice for our house going forward.

We found our way to Martin Air through a neighborhood referral and are so happy we did. Martin Air was a great experience for everything, from Anthony deeply assessing the old units, to working through all the new system details with Julie to get a fair and honest deal, to the top notch installation team. Joe, Jordan, and James did excellent installation work solving some very difficult problems for one crazy small air handler location in particular. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Martin Air!

I had a fire in my ac unit about 17 months ago. My general contractor used this company for my new ac unit and all new ductwork. This past week, the air has had a burning/weird smell whenever the unit kicks on (and there is no way that they can blame the old unit or ductwork because they are the ones who replaced EVERYTHING involved with my unit). I called Martin Air on Friday and explained the situation and was told they would send someone out to check it out on the following Monday. I was never told there would be a fee involved. They show up and dont take a single photo of anything inspected. The only took two photos, one of the outside of the unit and one of the unit's label (both of the photos are of something you do not need an inspection to see). The "report" I got was the tech notes that state "did not find anything out of the norm". I have no idea what was checked. Did they open the box and look to see if any wires were burning? Did they check if anything in the unit was leaking? I have no clue. Then they tried to bill me for $93 for a service fee but no service was completed and they just installed the system less than 2 years ago. I did reach out and spoke with Jeni in billing and Julie the office manager to explain that they did not provide me any report or photos and did not complete a service and I was simple told that my unit is out of warranty. They have not offered any clarification or an actual report with photos on what was actually inspected and official findings. They just want me to pay their bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not appear to stand by their work even when they do a full unit and full ductwork and they want to charge $100 for a tech coming out and taking two photos that you can literally take yourself. I also now have serious concerns about their work and what they installed and will have to call a different company to come out and check it.

I would recommend Martin Air HVAC for fast, professional, and courteous service at a reasonable price. That combination is a rare find these days.

Anthony and James came to check out our system. Found that a capacitor was dead and needed to be replaced. They helped with thermostat and cleaned the outdoor units! These guys were great and I appreciate the honesty and help
